Self-paced modules designed to fit each child’s unique focus and energy levels by using pomodoro timers. A Pomodoro timer, a highly flexible tool, is a popular time management tool used to help students overcome procrastination and burnout. I uses the structured cycle: 25 minutes of highly focused, uninterrupted work followed by a 5 minute break. After four cycles, students take a longer restorative break (15-30) minutes.
